How to use: 
Apply AM & PM on clean skin. Gently glide cooling metal applicator around the entire eye area—under eyes, to outer corners, and over upper eyelids. Lightly pat excess with fingertip until absorbed. For an ultra-cooling effect, refrigerate prior to use.
