This official 175 gram Ultimate Frisbee Disc is professionally designed and Ultimate Players Association approved. Ultimate Frisbee combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer, the defensive maneuvering of basketball, and the aerial passing skills of football. The rules are simple: two teams composed of seven athletes each compete to reach end zones located at either end of an area roughly the size of a football field. Teams score by passing the Frisbee to a teammate located inside the end zone. Running with the Frisbee Disc is not allowed.
