Parking at CoolSprings Galleria is FREE. There is the opportunity to park in VIP parking spots closer to mall entrances. A limited number of VIP spots are available at each entrance. Rates are easily viewable from the parking payment page. You can access the page by scanning the QR code or texting the code on the signs. Rates are subject to change.

Visitors using VIP Parking can park at one of the branded spots and pay by scanning the QR code or texting the number on the VIP Parking sign. Simply enter phone and license plate numbers, pay, and go. Guests will receive updates and promos via text.

CoolSprings Galleria’s third-party security team routinely monitors the parking lot, including the VIP Parking spots. As with all other CoolSprings Galleria parking, visitors who use the VIP Parking spots are not permitted to remain or leave their cars overnight.

Yes, there are several restaurants with outdoor patio or open-air seating such as but not limited to The Cheesecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, Connor’s Steak and Seafood, Pelato, and King’s Bowl Dining and Entertainment.

CoolSprings Galleria has a food court with multiple dining options and seating area. Large school and tour groups are welcome. If possible, please provide mall management advance notice so the eateries can be informed of an influx of patrons.
