FRANKLIN, Tenn. (February 14, 2024) – Today the parent company of CoolSprings Galleria, CBL Properties, announced that it has partnered with Adeptmind, a leading technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence and e-commerce to launch "Inventory Insider" at CoolSprings Galleria. Inventory Insider leverages Adeptmind’s technology to give shoppers online access to search for in-stock products carried in store by the mall’s retailers in one centralized location on the mall’s website.

Inventory Insider is accessible through the new "Products" tab on the mall’s website. Customers can search for in-stock products by brand, retailer, category, or product type, or find inspiration through Inventory Insider’s curated trend collections.
