Rhondo is the head scientist who is looking for a way to bring the mutation of the dinosaurs to a halt as a result of the weapons used by the military that makes dinosaurs grow stronger. The General is more concerned wit finding a way to stop the growth of these beasts as a result of the gun they use to try to kill these animals. Rhondo is hard at work in the lab for the military. He has figured out that the extracted substance from the teeth of the dinosaur has a mutated cell or DNA gene int it . The mutated cell or gene makes bad cells grow, and take over the good cells which gives the animals more power and strength. Rhondo thinks he may be able to bring the destruction of the dinosaurs to halt if he can figure out how to convert these cells from bad to good.
