This pocket notebook is an unconventional checklist to use when searching for a property/home. 4" x 6"
36 pages approx./ 5 mm thick. Some notes for writing utensils: -
"Twistable' crayons do not work well with this paper, tested with 'Crayola' products
- Crayons work fine, tested with 'Crayola' products
- Markers work well, but they do 'bleed' unto the back side of the paper, tested with 'Sharpie' fine point markers
- No problem with pens and pencils A 'thumbnail' of the checklist is located on the front cover. These are questions I present as a 'guide' when purchasing a property. These questions are meant to be the, 'Oh, yeah, I remember now' questions when deciding on a property. Most of the questions are focused on the exterior. It is a great gift idea for a homebuyer, or even a 'grab bag' gift. Scrollwork is printed at the top and bottom of each page. Page numbers are also included.
