Grew up in a well established neighborhood on the West Side of Detroit. I am the fourth out of five biological siblings. I gained 32 foster sisters over the years of my mother's parenting. Graduated from Detroit Public Schools and later University of Detroit in the early 90s. I am divorced mother of three. I love to style, write and laugh. I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, yet I choose to "Keep It Movin." I have been writing poems and short stories since I was a young child. Lots of my literature got away from me. This book is written as fiction inspired by real life events. I want to make it known that child abuse and domestic violence is real and most often unknown. These two topics are not always seen with a black eye. This book shows that a person doesn't have to look like what they've been through. ] This will be my first time speaking of my encounter at bar publicly other than to my wasband. This book touches on Child and adult abuse, health, wealth and Faith. ] I have lots of life stories to tell and lots of Poems to share.
