A note from Lisa Rajan: As a very shy child who struggled with self-confidence, I spent most of my childhood overthinking problems that didn’ t exist! I wrote And Now Nobody Likes Me to hopefully show children how easily these things happen and how it’s important to recognise when your brain is running away with you and making you sad, worried or afraid.
