Diffuser instructions: Place a few drops in aroma oil burner for a soft fragrance. Dilute with few drops of water.

Do not use directly on skin. To use on skin for massages, carefully mix a few drops with a carrier oil such as jojoba, coconut, sweet almond, avocado, argan, macadamia oils. A few drops may be added to your bath or shower steam as well.
