This pH balancing cleansing water dissolves and melts away makeup without disturbing the skin's moisture barrier. Leaves the skin clean, balanced and hydrated after cleansing without stripping the skin.
Directions:
Soak a cotton pad and gently swipe over face and eyes to remove makeup. Follow with gel or foam cleanser for a "double cleanse". Or no rinse is necessary- perfect as a refresher during the day or post workout.
Double cleansing is a routine where it incorporates a first step cleanse (usually oil-based) to remove makeup and then the second step is a water-based cleanser to deeply clean the remaining impurities.
