This United States Army manual, Army Techniques Publication ATP 3-16.02 Write for Release September 2023, provides fundamental principles and guidance for Army forces who operate as part of a multinational operation or coalition to produce information products that will be released to our partners. Commanders and staff members of U.S. Army headquarters serving as joint task force or multinational headquarters should also refer to applicable joint or multinational doctrine concerning the range of military operations and joint or multinational forces.
Commanders and staffs ensure that disclosure decisions follow National, Department of Defense, and Army disclosure policies. Commanders, staffs, and subordinates ensure their decisions and actions comply with applicable United States, international, and in some cases, host-nation laws and regulations when applying this doctrine.
