For the first time in print, this 48 page book is the exciting account of Lt. Baker and the search for Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth. Baker was one of the leaders of the detachment which captured Booth. The book is a compilation of a lecture delivered by Baker in the late 1800s and is taken from an original copy in the possession of the Historical Society of Greater Lansing.
