Fourteen thousand years from now, the space-based Sidereal Commonwealth turns an avaricious eye toward Earth and Moon, the only rocky celestial bodies they haven't yet mined for resources to fuel their ongoing expansion in Sun-orbiting space colonies throughout the Solar System. Will the 144,000 immortal, Earth-dwelling Tellurians be able to defend their planet and Moon against the depredations of 41 trillion Sidereals? This Earth- and space-based adventure tale has close relevance to the current predicament of our overpopulated planet.
