After I began the practice of Transcendental Meditation®, I realized from my own transformational experience that Maharishi's teachings were very special. Therefore, I was compelled to become a teacher of Transcendental Meditation to share this wisdom with others. This is a book about my training to become a teacher of Transcendental Meditation under the guidance of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.
Becoming a Teacher of Transcendental Meditation is an account of just one year of my life, nevertheless it was a profoundly transformational year. The year before being initiated into Transcendental Meditation was the worst year of my life. The year after being initiated into Transcendental Meditation was one of the best years of my life.
I knew from my personal experience that Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation, as a means of rapid spiritual development, would spread to become a historic event. This book is my personal validation and archive of the effectiveness of the Transcendental Meditation technique.
