There isn't much question that we are living in a world and at a time, that is more dangerous now than ever in our history. True or not, it's probably fair to say that in today's world, we are exposed to continuously negative energy and polarization. It's also probably fair to say that if each of us chooses to change our focus, even if only for a few moments, we may find a different way to handle a difficult reality.
