Biomedical Engineering IV: Recent Developments contains the proceedings of the Fourth Southern Biomedical Engineering Conference held in Jackson, Mississippi on October 11-12, 1985. The purpose of the annual conference is to bring together scientists, engineers, veterinarians, dental and medical personnel, and graduate and undergraduate students of the southern states for the dissemination of advances in biomedical engineering research.
