Radio Talk Jock Val Virgo (aka Israel Miller) considers himself an entertainer, not a political pundit. Thus, when an alleged member of NAAPALM (North American Aboriginal Peoples Army of Liberation of Manitoba) phones-in a death threat, Virgo laughs it off, as a sick joke. When he wakes up in a hospital bed, the next day, he is no longer amused. Why would any self-respecting "terrorist" bother planting a bomb in the apartment of a glorified disk jockey? In search of the answer to this vital question, the failed country singer takes a trip down memory lane, to the mean streets of his misspent youth, one step ahead of the "mad bomber," finding love along the way.
