A native of Ridgewood, New Jersey, Gordon Shriver's interest in Boris Karloff has spanned close to fifty years. He received his B.A. degree in broadcasting at San Francisco State University, and went on to work as an anchorman, reporter, and producer for both commercial and public radio stations.
