My natural tendency was to embrace a victim mentality, and many people would even consider walking away from God after these experiences. Instead, I chose to overcome the devastation and find the freedom Jesus promised by developing a stronger relationship with God and emerged better than I was before.

Freedom comes when our relationship with God is firmly rooted so that the storms of life no longer destroy us.

As we experience more freedom, we uncover more joy! We become brighter as we re-joy our lives and celebrate the victories along our path to freedom!
