In the year 2053, with the world increasingly deteriorating, there is a civil war in New York between the filthy rich and even more filthy poor. With the city now virtually governed and financed by corporations, ChemTech International holds the majority of the power after creating the miracle drug Presevimicine. When it is discovered that the homeless are being sacrificed to manufacture the drug which is primarily sold to society's elite, their cause is championed by a group of freedom fighters called The Revolutionaries.Once a legendary soldier, Captain Simon Bizarre is now a weathered, has-been bounty hunter. When he is hired to use his unique skills and experience to eliminate key figures that would help end the conflict, he soon realizes he is over his head. As he tries to rally a team of former allies and new found comrades, he finds himself tripping down a road of lies and manipulation. The only way for him to make it out alive and bring the war to an end is to become the renown hero he once was.
