I am Arius De Winter, Capitan General of the Elves and these are my stories of adventure. These are the events of my life as I wrote them. A grown Gallian Elf now, I look back in wonder of my many adventures and journeys.
Where should I begin my story? I've had so many adventures and seen so many things, that it's really very hard to think where to begin.
Searching through my notes I see that many of the stories I've set to parchment are only half of the story. Even the great fables, myths, and legends I've assembled have a side that's never been told, for some reason, they've left out the good parts, so let me retell them as I remember them.
I was born in the land before time, long ago and very, very far away. My mother was an Elfin princess who bought and sold slave elves long before it was popular.
My father, a Wizard Prince who couldn't keep his pants up long enough to count the number of lovers he'd had, was rarely seen at home, not that I minded as his lovers were very cute and always well built.
Warlocks were not trusted by the elves and much less by the fairies that inhabited the forests of Gabar of Middle Earth. The fairies were mighty warriors unlike fables lead us to believe. It was their armies that defeated the Black Dragon and freed the Sisterhood of the Black Pearl.
