Hundreds of books and even famous television series such as "Narcos", on Netflix, link the man who said he hated drugs with all his soul to the smuggling of thousands of tons of drugs into the United States.
What had never been proven before, with so much irrefutable evidence, is that the Cuban government actively participated, and with malice, in the creation of the famous golden age of drug trafficking in Miami, the 1980s. Nor was it known, until now, that the Castros sent hundreds of undercover agents to the Florida coast during the famous "Mariel Exodus", whose purpose was to create an organization of drug traffickers willing to flood the country with drugs from Colombia and thus destroy the United States from inside.
