Repeat the motion around the entire arm. Repeat the same motion above the elbow, sweeping up to the shoulder. Legs: Massage the product gently into the skin Use the scooped side of the gua sha, and apply gentle pressure while sweeping up the arm from ankle to knee. Repeat around the entire leg. Repeat the same motion above the knee, sweeping up to the hip.
