This book is making a case for Christianity. It analyses the different reasons why Western society, because of all the progress of the last 50 years, has forgotten what it really means to be a Christ Follower. It analyses the reasons why so many either have abandoned the faith, or have not grown with it as they aged and now find themselves with limited understanding and commitment to it.
Further this essay acknowledges the goods that have been performed by the current administration led by President Trump. The Lord has been using this imperfect and sinful man to provide this US with new conservative judges, two new conservative justices, and many examples of leadership that acknowledge than man can't do it alone unless he humbles himself and submit to the creator.
Looking at both France, the author's place of birth, and the USA, the author analyses how our modern society has changed and missed its chance to truly benefit from man ingenuity and keeping at the same time the judeo-Christian values that have made that progress possible in the first place. The results are the dismantling of the nuclear family that wasn't necessary and the apparition of new kinds of sinful ways of lives that are turning many away from righteousness.
By reading carefully some of the scripture with the light of Science, the author places Faith at the center of it all, and further explains how that Faith, when touched by Grace, leads to really powerful lives.
