In this episode, our heroes, Harold and Arty, take on Don Amayo, the head of the Juarez Cartel. Don Amayo is reputed to be one of the most dangerous cartel leaders in all of Mexico, having to protect his organization from some of the larger cartels who would give almost anything to take control of the Juarez-El Paso Corridor.
While developing a market up in Canada for the Don, they uncover a white supremacist group with unlimited finances and the ability to infiltrate government technology, with the very real possibility of establishing their goal; creating a "New World Order" ...... and controlling the entire world. This is their toughest assignment yet, having to work with multiple agencies and not blowing their cover. In the end, will they succeed.... Will they survive....
