The Commercial Chef 12 Inch Portable Outdoor Pizza Oven is a propane gas oven that reaches 932 degrees Fahrenheit in about 15 minutes and bakes a stone-baked pizza in as little as 60 seconds. Two burners distribute heat across the 13.8 by 13.8 inch cooking surface, and the one-touch gas ignition starts the oven without matches or a lighter. The oven weighs 22 pounds and has fold-out legs, so it can be carried to a patio, campsite or tailgate, and it requires no assembly. The powder-coated body and stainless steel accents insulate the cooking chamber. In addition to pizza, the oven can be used for roasted vegetables, whole fish, steaks and flatbreads.
