In the present Edition a few new Precedents have been inserted, and some alterations and additions which, it is hoped, may be considered to be improvements, have been made in many of the old Precedents, which, as well as the Intro ductory Observations and Notes, have been generally revised. The new Rules of 1903 have been incorporated in the Observations upon the Land Transfer Acts, 1875 and 1897. And the more important cases bearing upon Conveyancing or cognate matters which have been decided since the last Edition will be found referred to throughout the Work.
