Crossbow Isle - The Quest Part 3
Whilst new developments confused the matter by the hour, more unknown artefacts of a queer but ancient system appeared with new questions and even more questions were growing like mushrooms and answers were scarcer than water in the dessert.
Whilst Rasmus the tinkerer was chosen by one of the queer devices they had received in Corracloona to become a member of the Companionship of Seekers, the little elven Ly Cheen Reedfly found herself confronted with the ultimate question that every elf and elven has to answer once in their lifetime to eventually transform into the last member of the Companionship of Seekers.
Now that the group of seekers was completed, it became evident that they had just scratched on the riddles that had to be solved and on top of all that, Torgos the schismatic mage whom Enyana had fought, conquered and deprived of all his magical powers was thrown into the game by his former ally, the powerful ruler of the worlds below. However, since Torgos could never obtain any magic at all, he was aided by one of the demons of the master of the worlds below. This demon was supposed to ensure that Torgos would not fail him again and to aid Torgos when needed. However, Torgos would not have been himself if he had not tried to gain something for himself, but that did not work the way he had planned.
Although he had kidnapped Fullangr's grandfather Olnir who knew something that was crucial to solve the many questions, to force Enyana and her friends to abandon their quest, as the ruler of the worlds below had demanded, even that did not work entirely as he had hoped and the wrath of his former ally was upon him.
No matter how cleverly the plot of the dark powers had been threaded, thanks to the courage of a little elven, it became known to Enyana and her friends what was about to come and that, that was all but a walk in the park.
