The Ogallala Aquifer (the Vast underground reservoir covering 8 states). 3. The Atmospheric Rivers (the jet stream, La Nina and El Nino. A U. S. patent in 1978 was granted to alter the El Nino). My short story is ONLY about the Brazos and Lake Alan Henry.
