This is Volume 1 of a series of Puerto Rican Danzas for piano by Luciano Quinones, one of the most outstanding danza composers of the 20th and 21th century. Vol. 1 contains the first 13 danzas of this important composer, comprising the years 1977 to 1989. Eleven of these compositions have won prizes in the national competitions. This work has the earmark of a collector's item.
