I'm guessing if you picked up this book, you want to be a great leader. My life story could be different from yours in every way, but you have to understand why I decided to share my story with you. I wrote this book to inspire people just like you to become great in whatever you have been created to do. And I'm here to tell you something that might surprise you.

My entire life has been constructed around the pursuit of one word: Legacy. Even without a father around to inspire me, even with the hard circumstances that I had to grow up in, from a young age, I knew that I was different and destined for something more.
