A place paved with ancient stones and shaded by umbrella pines, where flowering shrubs mingle with blossoming orange trees. Majestic fountains release crystal-clear water, their droplets suspended in the air, shimmering and sparkling beneath the bright sun. Every sense is awakened.   To bring this summer scene to life, Diptyque turned to the exceptional artistry of Mathilde Jonquière, to create a collection of original mosaic works. Inspired by summer water garden landscapes, the mosaic artist imagines and composes frescoes by meticulously arranging tesserae of Venetian enamels, glass paste and gold.
