I've always had a deep connection to nature, creativity, and the spiritual side of life. Living along the beautiful Essex coastline for nearly 20 years, I find so much peace walking by the beach huts and meditating on the rocks. It's where I feel most inspired and grounded. One magical evening, something stirred within me, and I felt compelled to jot down my thoughts and feelings. I didn't think much of it at the time, so I tucked the the notes away, Every now and then. I added more, letting the words flow as they came to me. But when my grandchildren started coming along, it made me think, maybe I should turn these notes into a book, something we could read and enjoy together. For years. I've balanced part-time work as a hairdresser with my passion for holistic healing-Reiki, reflexology, and crystal work. I love meeting up with friends to meditate and strengthen our intuition. Until recently, I was also part of a local choir, performing in concerts. and loving every moment. However, last year my focus shifted as I needed to spend more time caring for my mum and dad, who were in the hospital. That time with them was precious.
