The year is 2064, and the world has changed in many different ways since the several different species of alien creatures arrived on the planet. They offered their knowledge of magic in order to live "freely" on the human planet. However, as magical science evolved, a certain group of scientists discovered something that would haunt the world for a long time... Sacrificial rituals, the act of sacrificing something of value to "The Entity" as the science team turned cult calls it. Anything could be a sacrifice; money, jewels, even lives. The finger of fate is fickle, and had unfortunately pointed the cult in the direction of two young ones known as Brendan and Caden, forcing them to live with the consequences of their actions every day. But... what happens when the finger of fate guides them onto the same path? Brendan: the corrupted soul, and Caden: the failed sacrifice.
