Fin Finagin is a boarder at Nellie's Cafe on the bay at the Eagles Nest Marina in a previous era when things were presumably simpler, quieter and kinder. He is a prankster but never laughs harder at anyone than he does at himself. His best friend, Scotty, lives on a small houseboat in the slip next to Fin's old wooden skiff, affectionately referred to as Creature. Each story is related to fishing and the outdoors and highlights values associated with friendship, honesty, humbleness, and generally doing the right thing. Fin stories are suitable for readers of all ages and are especially fun when shared by reading out loud. So, fire up your best brogue and start you own reading circle.
