Innovative selection of parameters for transforming the processes of forecasting the characteristics of investments in the infrastructure of a smart object - corresponding in all elements and signs of novelty to all the required signs and criteria of an invention and in its possibility of full and detailed implementation in a developed combined supersystem with interconnected subsystems is the most important part of preparing a start-up project for the development of innovative technology. Analysis of modern methods and algorithms for the formation of complex innovative technical solutions aimed at applying two distinctive features of known inventions in a new capacity and in newly emerging smart areas of technology (integration of basic distinctive features) is a critical process for ensuring technological success as a result of successful and timely targeted investment carried out in line with the dynamics of project development.
