Twelve years ago a tragic car accident destroyed two families. Since then Shane Armstrong, a rancher in the Laramie area has been very much alone.
Until this December when right before Christmas a strange woman arrives in town. Shane doesn't know that helping her will change his life forever. He has to confront his nemesis, the Parker brothers and unwillingly he becomes involved in the Parker family life. In the end he finds out what happened in that fateful evening twelve years ago, but is this going to bring him the desired peace of mind or would the past have better been left undisturbed?
