Meet Maevis, a soul burdened by the weight of past traumas, struggling to find solace within herself. Maevis finds herself centered in the heart of a forest compelled by her werewolf friend on a journey of self-healing. "Funeral For a Friend" is the first installment short story about a girl who explores the connection between nature and the human spirit. This heartfelt and evocative narrative reminds us that we, too, can find renewal amid the ruins of our past.
