The theme of Urdu poetry, "Ghar Aangan", refers to the poetry of the house where husband and wife live together and and shared their sorrows and happiness. The joy and sorrows of married life, the deep warmth of mutual companionship, love and affection, which brightens up millions of homes around the world with a beautiful life, is a theme that most poets and writers have not taken into account or given it any place in their poetry. Akhtar's slow tone, balanced and moderate temperament and the passion flowing inside like a deep stream have done justice to this difficult subject, while at the same time giving Urdu poetry a new experience, a different subject and a new concept that is both ancient and modern.
