Randal was the chosen one. He had defeated the dark lord Yanesh, he'd been Chained in a Mountain, known as Goat's Peak. Or so the world thought. Five years after his victory Randal realized he hadn't been successful, so he started hunting for clues about when Yanesh might try to escape his Chains. He brought his young son with him to investigate what Yanesh was doing. 10 years after the Chaining, Randal died from a type of cancer, leaving his son, Bruce to continue his mission.
