Spindles form the cradle-style back of these four Windsor chairs, and the hollowed shape leaves the shoulders free while still bracing the spine. The seat is scooped rather than flat, which spreads weight across the thighs. Solid rubber wood with a triangle frame and splayed legs carries up to 286 lbs per chair, and foot pads keep the floor unmarked.
