Gray Matter and Imagination
A collection of stories depicting scenarios in which the life of ordinary and some extraordinary people are staged in fictional situations as imagined by the author, who wants to share with others his thoughts and sometimes provocative opinions, conveyed in the form of dialogues and narratives. The storylines are the product of that fascinating power a human brain possesses, namely the power to imagine! However, the essence of each story brings to light a fundamental aspect of the human life and identity in the Universe. These aspects include the mysteries of human psyche and consciousness, life and death, happiness and tragedy, religion and evolution, desires and fears, as well as culture, language, and art. The stories also present topics in the human experience in relation to the natural world, metaphysics and philosophy, science and education, artificial intelligence and robots, the past and the future of humankind.
