People have known for many years the wisdom of cats, and indeed the wisdom of many of our pets. People have also known the importance of family and healthy family relationships. Through the differences in our personalities, as a family, Gus and Oliver and I have taught each other about respecting one another, sharing life with one another, having compassion for one another, taking care of one another, communicating with one another, and loving one another. These are all values and behaviours that we may bring to our family dynamics at any stage in our lives, no matter who is part of our immediate or extended family. It is always important to be connected, mindful, honest, and loving, so that we can trust each other for our personal growth.
