Gwendolyn is the woman in the 1815 painting on the wall, and she is talking again. Talking to me, Gwenny June, and my husband, Roger, and our coterie of friends. Only this time she has Friends of her own, lots of them, and they are not like us. She and her Friends are in trouble, threatened by a clutch of wild, rich, high performing, and slightly sociopathic twenty somethings.
