After learning about her great-uncle's death, Tinsley discovers that she is the sole heir of his estate in the small town of Coldwind. But the place she remembers fondly from her childhood visits, filled with the sound of church bells ringing every evening during the month of December, has changed.
Determined to save the bells and preserve the past while celebrating the present, Tinsley begins a quest for a Christmas miracle.
She soon finds herself clashing with Garland Edwards, who seems determined to thwart her efforts.
With a little help from her sister, Katie-Girl, and some new friends, Tinsley discovers that Christmas miracles have a way of showing up in their own time and in more ways than one.
