Since 1999, Macy's and its customers have donated more than $3.7 million to Hispanic Federation, empowering over 23,000 Latino young adults through mentorship, training, and confidence development. Macy's La Voz Latino Colleague Resource Group has also supported digital skilling initiatives and enabled Hf-Macy's volunteer efforts.
