Serious equipment for a serious corner of a garage, this cage surrounds the lifter rather than standing beside them. Safety arms catch a failed rep, the uprights hold a bar at any working height, and heavy squats stop requiring a training partner. It arrives ready to grow, with attachment points for the accessories that a training year eventually demands.
