This is the mostly factual and well substantiated version supplying mainly detailed information as it arose. There is clearly some supposition involved but the author is convinced that the basic fact of the Nazi Wunderwaffen is well documented and has great authentication. It is clear that in many fields they were exceptionally advanced. It is also clear that they were considerably overstretched and that by the end of the war there were many conflicting interests on the Nazi side. Many of the more intelligent commanders realized quite early that the war was not winnable and set about making a safe haven for themselves. Whether that safe haven was terrestrial or otherwise there is not any conclusive evidence but there is compelling evidence.
