Introduction
This meditative guide is intended for daily use to help you yield focus and journal, recording the truth revealed to you. It starts with the identity of who He (Jesus Christ, God, and The Holy Spirit, all in Trinity) is and then flows into the identity of who you are. You may decide to go through this journal daily, whereas other days, you may be sitting in one meditation for a week, maybe longer. However much will you can muster and at whatever pace, do that. The journal is personal and individualized to suit you and your spiritual needs. Read, rewrite, speak; each of those has profound power. Come up with your way to practice and incorporate this into your daily life, enlightening and transforming your identity to His likeness. Whatever the case, I hope that it feeds your very soul. It will begin with the identity of God in "You Are" and then flow into your identity in "I Am." Speak these prefixes before each new page as you declare and imbed the truths in you and speak them into the universe.
