Find the month to start the journal ( ex: J is for January F is for February) the numbers are located on the left side of the journal and the emotions are located on the right side of the journal. The graph is located at the bottom of the journal, this graph is where the individual would circle a dot every time, an individual is feeling a change in his or her mind with a colored pencil and write what time that mood started and what cause it to change.
